When published through the InFlight Exchange^™, the MSM provides a centralized resource for your supply chain to access a single set of current menu specifications.

With a multi-tiered hierarchy, the MSM system provides a rich capability to create and manage ingredients, recipes, menus and service levels as components. For ease of use, these components can be reused in multiple meals, tray setups and service levels without having to recreate them. MSM makes it easy to create and manage your recipes, food bill of materials and aircraft provisioning information.
