Performance Measurement & Reporting (PMR)

The Performance Measurement & Reporting system measures Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout an airlines supply chain. Pulling flight attendant comments and customer feedback, PMR combines this information with delivery measures (on-time performance, aircraft damage and service shortfalls) and quantifiable quality measures (service quality and product quality).

Aggregated, categorized and summarized, performance information is reported to the supply chain and the airline through the InFlight Exchange. PMR provides your service providers with actual statistics and graphical trending analyses. PMR decreases the time to turn performance information around to the supply chain so that quality issues can be addressed faster, minimizing the impact on your passengers and quickly addressing any degradation in quality.
