costs by aggregating volumes across multiple airlines,
scheduling transportation that reduces the number
of drops, and providing distributors and manufacturers
with better demand forecasts so that production
runs and inventory levels can be optimized.
Building on our legacy of innovation to the inflight
supply chain, e-gatematrix invites distributors
and manufacturers who have not traditionally been
involved in inflight catering to join the community
in an effort to leverage best practices across
multiple industries, utilize new sourcing options
and optimize the flow of products through the
