Service Pricing System (SPS)

The Service Pricing System is structured to allow airlines and their service providers to exchange confidential data in a highly secure web-based system. SPS is an integrated solution designed to allow an airline and its service providers to collaborate in determining the selling price of a menu or handling service. It also provides the ability for an airline to negotiate pricing on raw ingredients with its product manufacturers.

SPS provides the capability for airlines to manage the assignment of airport fees, value-added tax and other taxes and fees at the code or ingredient level by station, ensuring proper payment. The final result is an approved price list that feeds the billing process in the electronic Service Validation system.
